For many years now we at Calling All Crew have been concerned about the lack of professional training for freelancers, especially newcomers in our industry.

The Trainees section has been our half answer to this problem, listing people with limited experience in an effort to push them for "hands on" training.

We believe that the newly established Television Technical Operators College, (TTOC), might be the full answer to the problem.

It caters for both professional freelancers and trainees.
